Christian Dior’s parents wanted their son to become a diplomat, but he was much closer to art. He managed to create one of the largest fashion houses, and his debut collection “new look” has permanently written in history. Dior clothes were loved by celebrities from the front pages of newspapers and to this day the brand enjoys great popularity all over the world
Did Christian Dior revolutionize the world of fashion? Tuesday’s webinar will be an attempt to answer this question, and it will be hosted by Piotr Szaradowski, PhD, a museologist and educator. He is a curator and author of scenarios of numerous exhibitions devoted to the 20th century fashion. He also works as a lecturer at the School of Form in Poznań. The lecture will be an excellent opportunity to learn more about the life and work of this outstanding designer and his unique perspective on fashion
